The Vision of the Holyoke Family Literacy Coalition is for each Holyoke family to have a strong educational foundation to reach their full personal, social and economic potential.

The Mission of the Holyoke Family Literacy Coalition is to forge effective partnerships which result in universal access to an expanded, comprehensive, and highly integrated system of family literacy and support services.
